Mixing Criteria

Coefficient of Variation (CoV) ≤0.05 at Clean-in-Place (CIP) supply header. Mixer must withstand Clean-in-Place (CIP) chemicals and temperatures (Sodium Hydroxide (NaOH) 2% at 80°C, Nitric Acid (HNO₃) 1% at 70°C). Fully CIP-cleanable with no dead legs.

Material & Special Requirements

Preferred MOC: 316L SS standard. Full Ra ≤0.8 µm electropolished finish on all wetted surfaces. EPDM or FKM O-rings.

Tri-clamp connections for inline removal. KE-R removable elements for full Clean-in-Place (CIP) verification. Fully drainable installation — no horizontal dead-leg pockets. 3A or EHEDG certified construction.

KE Series — Helical Element
Kenics-equivalent. 180° RH/LH helical elements joined at 90°. Halves striation thickness per element. Works laminar to turbulent. Best general-purpose choice.
